Musical Journey

Since 2016, when DJ Solah first burst onto the Leicester music scene, she's released some anticipated mixes and from this became the person she is today. Playing along side some of the biggest performers around, Solah sees herself as a pioneer DJ, blowing away convention while ushering in a new wave of modern house/ funk music to make her fans go crazy.

She started off as every young girl does getting to the age of 18, going on a night out. The thoughts were never about drinking but more about the music. This taste for music pushed her to befriend people more involved in the underground scene.

Watching the DJ's play in clubs around the midlands mesmerised her and she wanted what they had.

This dream didn't start becoming a reality until she went to university in Leicester and joined the DJ Society. Going from strength to strength she pushed through and finally got her first set at History. This was the beginning of a great adventure.

 From the first set came more attention, being one of few female DJ's in the Leicester scene she saw this as an opportunity to push herself. Going from dnb and moving to those soulful, funky, feel good vibes of disco and tech.

Today she is growing more than ever with Radio performances, live streams and DJ sets all over Leicester. Striving for greatness is her goal, and she is now going to push the boat further!
